Teacher Values

Each person is unique and has their own style of teaching. At LPP, each teacher creates spaces for children to be creative, innovative, kind, respectful, empathetic, be self-expressive, and create their own ideas.

Our staff are devoted to the individual student’s acceptance of sound values, respect for divergent thinking, and the development of high self-esteem and self-regulation.

In our day-to-day operations, the teachers provide schedules, stability, and true invitations to play and experience real life situations. It is our goal to empower children to think for themselves and problem solve.

At LPP we value the importance to grow and learn at any stage as human beings. Employees attend regular staff development days throughout the year in order to learn new concepts and ideas that they can implement with their students.
